Additional terms for charter operators using Fishing Boats.

Accurate business information

Operators must keep company, contact, vessel, package, availability, and listing information accurate and up to date.

Verification documents

Operators may upload verification documents for review. Providing documents does not guarantee approval or publishing.

Listing content

Operators are responsible for photos, descriptions, pricing displays, inclusions/exclusions, and policy text.

Vessel and package accuracy

Capacity, amenities, safety equipment claims, and package details must be truthful.

Subscription requirement

An operator subscription is required to publish approved listings. Billing is handled through app store billing where applicable.

Admin review & publishing

Company and listing drafts may be approved, rejected, or returned for changes. In the current MVP, operators cannot self-publish; admin controls public publishing after eligibility checks.

Legal & safety compliance

Operators must comply with all applicable licensing, insurance, maritime, and local laws. Fishing Boats does not replace your compliance obligations.

Cancellation & weather policies

Operators are responsible for honoring the cancellation and weather policies shown on their listings.
