1. Agreement
By using Fishing Boats apps, website, or related services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Platform role
Fishing Boats provides software to help customers discover listings and send booking requests, and to help operators manage company and listing information. We are not the charter operator and do not own or crew the vessels listed by operators.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Customer responsibilities
- Review listing details and operator policies before requesting a trip
- Understand that a booking request is not an instant confirmed booking
- Confirm safety, licensing, and payment arrangements directly with the operator as needed
5. Operator responsibilities
- Provide accurate business, vessel, package, and listing information
- Comply with applicable licensing, safety, and local laws
- Honor cancellation/weather policies you publish
- Follow platform review and publishing rules
6. Booking requests & payments
Customer booking requests may include trip details and contact notes. Fishing Boats does not currently process customer card payments in-app. Any payment between customer and operator outside the app is between those parties unless we later introduce in-app payments and update these Terms.
7. Listing accuracy & policies
Operators are responsible for listing accuracy. Cancellation and weather policies may vary by operator and listing.
8. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users or platform systems.
9. Account termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create safety risks, or abuse the platform.
10. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific booking outcomes, or the conduct of operators or customers.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fishing Boats is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from trips, vessels, or interactions between customers and operators.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Final venue/jurisdiction details may be updated by the legal owner.
